Dog Safety for Kids

We take safety very seriously which is why we have developed a new workshop available to families with children. We have found that there have been many incidents involving dogs and children that could have easily been prevented simply with knowledge.

If you have children between the ages of 5 and 12, then this workshop is a must-have for your family. Take this two-hour session with Whatta Pup! and you can rest easy knowing that your little ones have the know-how to properly approach and handle a dog. Each child will receive a memento and certificate upon completion.

This workshop is taught in your home so that the skills are seamlessly transferred into everyday life and the pup's usual environment.

Good Manners

Are you tired of your dog barking incessantly at the doorbell and jumping up on your guests? Does your dog beg at the table for food? When a stranger gives your dog a treat does he/she try to take their fingers too?

Why not teach your dog some manners? It's not as hard as it looks. Take this two-hour workshop and you'll have a polite dog in no time! We'll give you the tools and the know-how and you'll soon have a proper pup!

This workshop is two hours long and Basic Obedience is a highly recommended pre-requisite, but not mandatory.

Cats and Dogs

If you're trying to keep chaos at bay between a cat and a dog, let us help! We can assist you in integrating a new dog with an old cat, or a new cat with an old dog.

This workshop is taught in your home so that the skills are seamlessly transferred into everyday life and the animals' usual environment.

This workshop is one hour long and Basic Obedience is a highly recommended pre-requisite (for the dog), but not mandatory.

Bringing Baby Home

So you're bringing home a baby? Congratulations! How does your pup feel about this? Chances are, your answer is slow to come...not sure, are you?

Dogs are creatures of habit and thrive on consistency and schedules, so what is about to happen may cause utter chaos in your home, starting with the four paws.

Let us come over and help you prepare for this exciting, but also potentially challenging time.

We will walk you through some scenarios and teach you how to control your dog while you have your hands full of a new bundle of joy.

This workshop is two and a half hours long and completion of any Basic Obedience training is a pre-requisite. If you have not completed a Basic Obedience program, we will offer our program at a discounted rate for you if you sign up for this workshop at the same time! Contact us for details.
