What we won't do

Here is what we won't do:

• treat you or your dog disrespectfully
• handle your dog roughly or "alpha-roll" him/her
• physically punish your dog
• yell at or hit your dog
• use inhumane tools (prong/pinch collar, choke chain, shock collars)
• use startle tactics (like a bag of chains, pennies in a can, etc...)
• use fear and intimidation or force
• ask you to do things you are uncomfortable doing (like barking at your dog)
• use the words "dominant" or "alpha" to explain poor manners
• use outdated methods to train your dog
• pretend to be something we're not
