"I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank you for your wonderful dog walking skills. I was thrilled when I met you on the street with your dog Parker as I had been looking for someone to help me with my dogs during my busier work schedule. It is great that I can rely on you to show up when you say you will, and take them for their daily walk. I know that it is more of a treat for the dogs though, as they sense it is you who has just stepped off the elevator for they begin to bark long before you open the office door. Like most dog owners, I am always aware of how they interact with people and you definitely have a special connection with Prevost and Allard; clearly they are extremely fond of you. I think the fact that not only I, but many others in our neighbourhood trust you to take care of our precious pets, is a testament to your integrity. It is an enormous responsibility that you always handle with maturity and respect. My business schedule is sometimes erratic and it is reassuring that when I need to, I can ask you for different walk-times; sometimes at a moments notice, for your flexibility and accommodating attitude, I thank you. I have to say that I have noticed a difference in both dogs' behaviour. It is an extra benefit that you add training into the equation as I know many other dog-walkers are simply walkers. Lastly, let me mention how much I enjoy your cheerful demeanour everyday; always a smile on your face and always a pleasant break in our day."
