Behavioural Assessment
Online Registration

Below is a Behavioural Assessment form that we use in order to assess the temperament of your dog. With the responses you provide, we are able to pinpoint exactly what needs to be worked on, as well as acknowledge your dog's strengths in order to use them during the training. It is very important to focus on their strengths just as much as (or more than) we focus on their weaknesses. We believe in setting your dog up for success so that we build his/her confidence and build a level of trust between dogs and their owners.

Please answer each question honestly as it will only help him/her in the end. There is nothing we haven't seen, so don't feel like you are alone in this challenge.
