Phone Consultations
Whatta Pup! offers phone consultations for clients who live outside of our service area. Phone consultations are designed for specific challenges that you may be facing, but they do not replace in-person training, whether private or group.
The best way to get the most out of your phone consultation:
- write down your specific questions and concerns prior to the phone call
- be prepared to give specific details regarding your challenge, such as who was involved, when an incident occured, where it occured, timing, frequency, etc...
- also be prepared to give the history of your pet, such as previous owner history, medical history, breeding history
- be sure to have a notepad on hand to take notes
When contacting us to schedule an appointment, please include a phone number where we can reach you. You will be given a phone number to call prior to the Phone Consultation - this phone number is for one-time use only and standard rates may apply through your local telephone service provider.

Scheduling: Scheduling can take place over the phone or through e-mail.
Payment: Full payment must be rendered prior to your appointment via our online payment system, or via certified cheque or money order mailed in advance.
Cancelations: If you miss the scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount. Our regular 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
