Phone Consultations
Description
Whatta Pup! offers phone consultations that are designed for specific challenges that you may be facing, but they do not replace in-person training, whether private or group.
Curriculum
We cover general information in phone consultations and do not guarantee that all solutions will be appropriate for you or your dog. In most cases, it is imperative that we see your dog in order to make an accurate assessment. Be advised that we are not legally responsible for any damages, injury, illness or other, relating to your pet. This service is designed to assist you during your challenging time and to help guide you to a positive solution.
Requirements
Phone Consultations are available to current and past clients as well as the general public.- write down your specific questions and concerns prior to the phone call
- be prepared to give specific details regarding your challenge, such as who was involved, when an incident occured, where it occured, timing, frequency, etc...
- also be prepared to give the history of your pet, such as previous owner history, medical history, breeding history
- be sure to have a notepad on hand to take notes
