Dog Walker Course

PROGRAM PRICING

"Basic"
3 hours $50
Total Cost $50 + HST

For anyone with a general interest in dogs. Must have a love for dogs and an eagerness to learn. Great for every dog owner!

"Advanced":
6 hrs $100
Total Cost $100 + HST

For those joining with an interest in becoming a Professional Dog Walker or Volunteer Dog Walker.

Students may complete the Basic and Advanced portions and can complete the Professional Testing portion (without re-taking the training) within 6 months of becoming a registered/licensed/insured Dog Walker, an employed Dog Walker with a registered business and/or a volunteer dog-walker.

After 6 months, the training must be re-taken in order to be considered "Professional".

"Professional"
6 hrs + testing $125
Total Cost $125 + HST

Must have:

  • proof of business ownership or employment as a dog-walker
  • proof of General Liability Insurance
OR
  • proof of registration as a volunteer Dog Walker with a shelter or rescue organization in Ontario
