"Basic":
The "Basic" program is a three-hour course that includes refreshments.

- building trust & compliance through strong leadership
- canine body language
- meeting other dogs
- dog-park etiquette
- working with fears/phobias
- dealing with reactivity/aggression
- U-turn technique
- typical incidents
- correction vs. distraction & praise
The "Advanced" program is a six-hour course that includes the "Basic" program, lunch and refreshments.

- marketing/advertising
- meeting clients
- dog screening
- inclement weather policy
- backups for emergency illness
- respecting the home
- follow-up with clients
The "Professional" program is a one-day course that includes lunch and refreshments.
- Includes Basic & Advanced + Testing
