Group Class Policy

By hitting "Submit" during registration, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Whatta Pup!, its owners, employees, representatives and associates from any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person, animal or thing, that may have arisen out of, or is in any way, connected to participation in training classes held by Whatta Pup! in its various training locations.

Furthermore, I assume all responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to myself, my guests, my dog(s) or my property, which may have been caused by negligence or any action or inaction, of any person connected in any way with above said classes.

I hereby certify that my dog will have received vaccinations against Canine Distemper, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Hepatitis by the time of the first class, and my veterinarian has confirmed that my dog is healthy enough to attend/participate.

I have read and understood the terms and conditions as well as the missed class and cancellation policy.

Missed Class Policy - Rolling Registration

If you are unable to attend a class, don't worry! This is why you have purchased a pass. These passes can be used during any week before their expiry date.

If your dog has a medical emergency that prevents him/her from continuing in the class, a partial credit may be given for the missed classes, to be used towards a future class. A $25 administration fee will apply. A note from your Veterinarian will be required in order to receive the credit.

If your dog is due to be spayed or neutered during a series, arrange for the surgery on the day after class so that he/she has 6 full days to recuperate and can return on a modified activity plan the following week.

Missed Class Policy - Regular Series & Workshops

If you are unable to attend a class, please catch up by studying the notes sent via email and contact us with any questions between classes. Unfortunately we may not be able to guarantee time for a make-up class without an additional fee.

Class Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

Your payment holds your spot in our class and prevents others from registering. Therefore, no refunds will be granted once registration and payment is confirmed.

Payment Options

Payment is accepted by:

  • Cash
  • Certified Cheque / Money Order
  • PayPal (in advance of class - not an option at the time of class or after)
  • EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer via online banking) (in advance of class - not an option at the time of class or after)
  • Personal Cheque

A $20 administration fee will be applied in the event of a NSF cheque and future cheques will be required to be certified or alternate payments will be requested.
